ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Greg Combet led the Labor movement to victory in 2007 with one of the most effective community campaigns ever seen with “Your Rights At Work”. As a senior Labor Minister, he drove landmark legislative and economic reform through the Clean Energy Future package. Now in the private sector, Greg remains a leading voice for reform as key to future Labor governments.

Michelle Rowland is the Federal Member for Greenway, Shadow Minister for Small Business and Shadow Minister for Citizenship and Multiculturalism. Prior to her election, Michelle was a senior lawyer specialising in competition and regulation. She maintains that her legal training and experiences as a lawyer have been key to winning and holding her seat against the odds.
