On Tuesday last week, the ACT became the first jurisdiction in Australia to pass laws legalising same-sex marriage.
On Wednesday last week, the Commonwealth lodged a writ of summons in the High Court challenging the validity of the ACT legislation.
On Thursday, the Same-Sex Marriage Bill 2013 (NSW) was debated in Parliament.
And on Monday, we are giving 15 members the opportunity to have a catered lunch with Penny Sharpe, who has carriage of the NSW Same-Sex Marriage Bill.
